4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to designs, code, software, documentation, and deliverables created or provided by Sysnolodge, is the exclusive property of Sysnolodge unless otherwise stated in writing. Fees for Sysnolodge’s services are outlined in the respective agreements. Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law. Sysnolodge reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a service agreement with prior written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Sysnolodge retains ownership of any deliverables or materials not fully paid for by the client.

11. Amendments to Terms

Sysnolodge reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon being posted on this website or upon notifying the client. Continued use of Sysnolodge’s services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
